• Failure to comply to Meek Host’s terms of service may result to suspension and/or termination.
• This applies to all packages freely provided by Meek Host.  These are post-2-host packages and links-supported packages.

1. No Porn related websites are allowed in Meek Host’s free web hosting services.  Paid hosting packages are privileged for running legal adult web sites.

2. Any illegal scripts such as nulled scripts, warez, ROMs, movies, and other material which are illegal of any Federal, State or Local regulation is not allowed. Copyrighted anime is also not allowed.

3. SCAM, Phishing and SPAM scripts/websites are not allowed.  Necessary actions such as IP reporting are taken to the authorities.

4. Remote downloader scripts such as Rapidleech are not allowed.  We automatically ban IPs who tries to use remote download scripts.

5. We do not allow any kind of torrent related websites in the server because this is stressful to the server environment.

6. You are not allowed to use more than you are allocated with, and as for errors are appreciated when reported.

7. Proxy websites are not allowed.

8.  Meek Host Staff’s decision are final.  We have the right to suspend/terminate website in our own discretion.

9. No web hosting accounts are to be used for storage purposes.

10.  Free web hosting users are to use Meek Host Forum for support.

11.  Backups are performed by the account holders and Meek Host can not be liable for file lost.

12.  Meek Host is not liable for any hacked accounts nor system/script abnormalities.

Meek Host servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots. Any type of forum/discussion board discussing where to obtain such files or one that distributes the files is also prohibited. The subscriber to Meek Host service agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Meek Host from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party. Meek Host will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Meek Host does not allow background Daemons such as IRC bots; eggdrop; BitchX; XiRCON; and any other program that interferes with normal server operation. No warez is allowed. Web proxies are not tolerated. This includes NPH-Proxy, and web proxy. If your site is found to hold any proxy files, your account will be suspended and the account holder will be issued a fee of $50 USD. When using an account with shell, you are not allowed to run ANY servers or services on the Meek Host network. Servers are defined as perlbots, proxies, BitchX, psyBnc, root exploits, DDoS scripts, Shoutcast servers, etc. Running any of these will face an immediate suspension, and users will be subject to a fine no less than $30.00 USD, and no more than $150.00 USD.
